Silicone grease

HCZ series thermal conductive silicone grease can effectively reduce the contact thermal resistance between the radiator and the heat source.

It has base oil separation, excellent electrical insulation, thermal conductivity, and high and low temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance, and weather aging resistance. It can maintain the moist grease state of the contact surface for a long time at temperatures of -40 to 200 degrees Celsius.

  • Excellent thermal conductivity

  • Strong weather resistance, high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance

  • good insulation properties

What are the considerations when selecting thermal conductive silicone grease?2024-01-09T07:05:42+00:00

Important factors include thermal conductivity, viscosity, temperature resistance, electrical insulation properties, compatibility with materials, and ease of application and removal.

Is there a specific method to apply thermal conductive silicone grease?2024-01-09T07:05:31+00:00

Applying a thin, even layer onto clean and dry surfaces is crucial. Methods include using a spatula, brush, or syringe depending on the application and accessibility of the surfaces.

Can thermal conductive silicone grease be reused after application?2024-01-09T07:05:15+00:00

While it’s possible to reapply silicone grease after cleaning surfaces thoroughly, it’s generally not recommended as the efficacy decreases due to air entrapment and contamination during initial application.

How does thermal conductive silicone grease differ from thermal pads?2024-01-09T07:05:00+00:00

Silicone grease is a paste-like substance that fills microscopic gaps between surfaces, providing better thermal conductivity. Thermal pads are pre-formed solid pads with similar properties but less conformable than grease.

What is thermal conductive silicone grease used for?2024-01-09T07:04:44+00:00

Thermal conductive silicone grease is used to improve the thermal conductivity between heat-generating components, such as CPUs or LEDs, and heat sinks or cooling systems. It helps in dissipating heat efficiently.
